Working with your IT team

We don’t replace your IT team. We add the capacity it doesn’t have.

Your IT team keeps the organization running. We join temporarily as the extra capacity needed to take one underperforming process from assessment to a working, optimized solution. Then we train your team and hand the solution over for them to manage and oversee.

The reality

Why strong IT teams still need outside help

Your IT team runs the business — systems, security, support, and a queue of priorities that never stops moving. That is exactly why transformation projects stall internally: the people who could build them are already committed to keeping everything else running. Our engagements are designed around that reality — limited in scope, built to be handed over.

Step by step

How the partnership works

Four steps, each with a clear split of who does what. The work is ours; the solution ends up yours.

  1. Assess

We assess the underperforming process and measure how it performs today.

    What we do
Interview the people who do the work, map the process, capture the baseline and recommend where to start.
    What your IT team does
Share access to the relevant systems and data, and tell us the constraints we must design around: security, integration and change management.
  2. Build

We design and build a solution optimized for the result you need.

    What we do
Design, build and test the solution with human review, approvals and audit history built in, and measure it against the baseline.
    What your IT team does
Review the architecture, agree the integration points and approve anything that touches production systems.
  3. Train

We train your IT team to understand what we built.

    What we do
Walk your team through how the solution works, run hands-on administration sessions and document everything.
    What your IT team does
Learn to administer, monitor and adjust the solution, and ask every question before it becomes theirs.
  4. Hand over

We pass the baton: your team manages and oversees the new solution.

    What we do
Complete a named handover milestone and transfer the documentation, runbooks and ownership.
    What your IT team does
Run and oversee the solution day to day, and decide what to improve next.

What your IT team receives at handover

  • The working solution, integrated with your existing systems
  • Architecture and integration documentation
  • Runbooks for day-to-day administration and exception handling
  • Hands-on training for the people who will run it
  • Ownership of the code, models, prompts, documentation and training materials, on payment

What we will not do

  • Replace your IT team or compete with it for headcount
  • Leave you dependent on us to run what we built
  • Turn one project into an open-ended engagement
  • Bypass your security, access or change-management controls
How we engage

The principles behind every engagement

Focused, so we can deliver

One engagement, one process, one measurable outcome — delivered in weeks, not quarters.

Limited scope, brief by design

A defined project, not an open-ended engagement and not new permanent headcount. We do the analysis, build the solution, and prove the result against your baseline.

Handed over, not held hostage

When the project completes, administration and management transfer to your IT team — documented, integration-ready, and theirs to own.

We train your team to own it

If your IT team needs it, we train them to administer, manage, and oversee the AI-enhanced processes we build.

Expert focus for the build. Your team in control for the long run. That’s the model.

Common questions

What IT leaders usually ask

How much of our IT team’s time will this take?

Far less than building it themselves. We carry the analysis, design and build. Your team grants access, agrees the integration points, reviews key decisions and joins the training.

Will you follow our security and change-management processes?

Yes. Solutions are designed to fit your existing controls, access model and release process rather than bypass them.

Who owns the solution once you leave?

Your organization does. After handover your IT team administers and oversees it, with the documentation and training to do so confidently.

What happens after handover?

Your team runs the solution. If you later want to extend it to more processes, locations or regions, that is a new, separately scoped engagement — never a condition of running what you already own.

Have a process that is slow, expensive or hard to audit?

Tell us about it in 30 minutes. You will leave with three places to look and an honest view of whether AI belongs there.
